Great commentary. I 100% agree that a zero tolerance policy is needed for deceptive sales practices. The full article linked below from the Rhode Island Current is shocking and disappointing and as a professional in the industry, simply infuriating. It also brings to light an interesting debate towards the end of the article, and that is the question over door-to-door and these two opposing opinions: "Door-to-door sales might seem like a relic of decades past, reserved for Tupperware and encyclopedias..." vs "in a world of robots, you’re gonna rely on a person at your door to give you feedback and knowledge" I'm curious what people's overall thoughts are on door-to-door knockers generally at this point in time with all of the many options for alternative outreach by companies of all sorts. What are your thoughts?

We have a lot of upcoming solar installations.” Me: “Why hasn’t the role been filled?” Hiring manager: “I am the one trying to find the candidates and I don’t have time.” Many of my clients are hiring managers attempting to fill their own roles because they do not have an internal recruiting team or their recruiting team doesn’t have much capacity.
