The #1 most important job interview question ↓ (This one question reveals everything.) It's crucial to hire people oriented towards action. There's one question I always ask in interviews: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲? If someone: → can’t give a clear answer - red flag. → trying to make something out of nothing - red flag. Why? It’s a glimpse into their future performance. Doers have tangible results → Thinkers have excuses. You want the person who makes things happen. Not just someone with ideas. Action creates impact. P.S. What’s your go-to interview question?

Quick Interview Tip: If you feel you didn't give a great answer to a question or two and are asked back for another round, definitely refine your answers for next time. Why? Because interviewers at companies often talk and provide feedback to one another. So, for example, they may say I didn't love their answer about why they want to work here. Guess what's going to happen? The next interviewer will ask you the same question. Refining your answers during the process, especially as you learn more from current employees, will go a long way toward standing out and helping you land that offer. #jobinterviews #interviewtips #confidenceboost
