I had an amazing time at this weekend’s Engage Dallas Class 11 Retreat! In addition to bonding with our cohort, we heard from a remarkable group of local leaders and took a tour of significant locations in Dallas’ history including Martyrs Park, Freedman’s Cemetery, the Santos Rodriguez memorial, and the Juanita Craft House. I’ve already learned a lot and we’ve only scratched the surface. I can’t wait to continue on this journey with my classmates - counting the days until April!
