Shri Rajeev Gupta, Director (Projects) [addl. charge of Dir. (HR)], has been a true pillar of EIL’s growth story, whose career spans nearly four decades. Rajeev Gupta has executed mega-scale projects across diverse sectors such as refineries, petrochemicals, gas processing, offshore and beyond. He is on the Board of Ramagundam Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd (RFCL), a Joint Venture company of EIL & NFL. He has led multi-faceted teams of the Engineering, Inspection, Offshore and Projects divisions of the company while making significant contributions to developing new vendors and contractors, positioning India as a hub for local manufacturing and global production. 1moBrother Wish you all the best, good health and peaceful time ahead. After a hectic journey, this is a different experience. Initially, from a hectic schedule to a relatively tranquil routine the transition could be a little bothersome, it might vex you a bit, but time, adjustment and attuning yourself to a new normal is a great healer too! Most of the Senior level personnel do not write to share their experiences. They are busy and later ennui takes over! . It may be worthwhile to pen down something which could be left behind as rich practical experience for posterity. Believe us, this is a very satisfying way of ruminating and sharing.
