We are currently seeking qualified individuals for all positions for a Brand-New RV Resort, located at Lake Conroe, TX, Opening 2024! Job Title: Resort General Manager (RGM)   Position will support team members at this Brand- New RV Resort at Lake Conroe, Texas.  This position is for immediate hire. Epic Resource Management strives to exceed the expectations of our guests and clients, while creating a fun and professional environment. Position is a vital part of our company’s management team. A strong candidate will have the right balance of management, financial, sales and communication skills. The candidate will be well rounded, have a sense of urgency and be a self-starter, ensuring a positive atmosphere and extend approachable leadership to all team members and guests. Job Summary: The RGM will be responsible for setting and leading the operational direction for all team members at the RV Resort. The position should deliver strong leadership and talent development at all levels of the organization and deliver an organized and efficient work environment. Essential Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the resort and work collaboratively with other departments.  Financial analysis of property performance relative and provide recommendations to increase performance. Review and evaluate market and submarket comps and track against property performance.  Implement operating procedures and policies as it relates to personnel, financial reporting and overall operations at the resort to ensure smooth daily operations.  Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, evaluation and hiring of the teams under management, as it relates to the resort staff.  Develop strategies and programs which improve the competitive position of the company. Ensure team training and performance is in accordance with Company policies and values. Build a collaborative positive team environment and provide team members with direction and feedback. Mentor team in developing leadership behaviors. Set high quality standards for all team members, coaching and mentoring members of the team to do the same for their staff. Ensures team members comply with the Company’s standard operating procedures. Work directly with executive leadership to shape the overall strategic direction of the Resort on a short and long-term basis. Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary. Qualifications and Expectations: 3+ years of property management, preferably at least 2 years in RV Resort and/or Multifamily, or Hospitality sectors. Demonstrates ability to influence, manage, and present ideas in clear written and oral communication. Strong financial experience Ability to do light travel and be flexible in work hours based on Resort and Company needs Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance. Live Locally, however, not required to live onsite, optional.
