Is the job remote? I don't usually even respond to that question but I had to respond to a person regarding an HR site leadership position after she asked if a position was remote: "The whole plant is remote because my client has devised a way to make their product remotely, their hope is pretty soon no humans will be needed at all." Which I guess would eliminate the need for HR in the first place. But I don't understand how you justify that to yourself - or the person turning the wrench at your facility. Is the Chef remote?
