Glum day for Germany's Space Tech industry This rather sad-looking HH 2025 budget proposal can now be found online at: https://lnkd.in/e8asHHMC Relevant RF titles 683 32-165 National Program and 896 31-165 ESA Program can be found on pages 534 and 535. The following changes are proposed: The national budget is to decrease from 333 million EUR to 291 million EUR (-40 million EUR or -12.5% nominally, and with an assumed inflation rate of 2%: real -12.8%), The ESA contribution is to decrease from 1042 million EUR to 943 million EUR (-100 million EUR or -9.5% nominally, and with an assumed inflation rate of 2%: real -9.6%), The operation of DLR is to increase from 549 million EUR to 642 million EUR by around 100 million EUR, The investments of DLR are to increase from 91 million EUR to 94 million EUR by 3 million EUR. #SpaceTech #DeepTech

AED Cluster Portugal at the ESA Industry Space Days 2024! 🔭🚀 The ESA Industry Space Days, taking place from 18 to 19 September 2024, is being held in Noordwijk, the Netherlands, and features the active participation of the AED Cluster! 🎯 This event promotes cooperation between different players in the space sector, opening doors to new opportunities and partnerships. The Managing Director of AED Cluster Portugal, Rui Santos participated in the event, as did several Portuguese entities, including Active Space Technologies, PIEP - Innovation in Polymer Engineering, TEKEVER, Omnidea, Ricardo & Barbosa, Critical Software, FHP - Frezite High Performance, Lda, aicep Portugal Global and VisionSpace.
