Going public with a company creates in itself an additional product, with a very different target audience (investors and analysts), and a different value proposition. As with any product, telling a compelling story, focusing on the benefits, the value, and the potential is imperative. Of course, this is an ongoing effort, but once a year we summarize it all into our annual report. It’s six months of work (!) deciding on what should be the theme, what to emphasize, which customer stories to highlight (and what a great feeling it is when there are so many to choose from), and finally how the design will best captivate it all. This annual report serves as more than just a document summarizing financials; it's a strategic tool in our company’s arsenal, educating the market about who we are, what we've achieved, and where we're headed. NEW REPORT: An overview of how we assess, measure and manage impact in our portfolios.   Rally Inclusive Impact Methodology (RIIM) was first developed several years ago, as we began building our first impact fund, through deep research, methodological construction, iteration and testing. It has been expanded and refined since then to incorporate changes to external impact measurement and management (IMM) practices as well as our deeper knowledge.   We hope that sharing this overview helps to boost investor confidence in understanding and undertaking IMM.
