Au2mate appoints new CEO Henrik Andersen as Carsten G. Jensen transitions to COO. Au2mate, is pleased to announce the appointment of Henrik Andersen as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Former CEO Carsten G. Jensen will transition to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately. This leadership change follows the increased ownership stake in Au2mate by N. FOSS & Co., which has expanded its share from 51% to 78%. Henrik Andersen, who comes from Danish Crown and has a background at Force Technology, Frontmatec, Ericsson and Topsil, among others, brings extensive experience in the automation and technology sectors, positioning him to drive Au2mate’s strategic growth and innovation forward. Carsten G. Jensen, with his deep knowledge of the company and industry, will continue to contribute significantly to the company’s operations and development in his new role as COO. The increased investment by N. FOSS & Co. underscores their confidence in Au2mate’s future and commitment to enhancing its market leadership in automation solutions. FOSS #automation #growth
