MGE Group Team Bonding Day: A Day of Laughter, Games, and Recognition! Not only is this campaign by Swim England, important from a safeguarding point of view, given all of the concerns that having your phone in a changing room can create, but also highlights a wellbeing message for me....if you are in the changing room with your friends, why not use that time to talk, catch up, check how others are doing. Phones can be an easy distraction from what is right in front of you, by putting your phone in your locker, you can focus on the people around you and be in the moment.
