Think like a recruiter; One of the most inspiring duties we implement as recruiters involves career advising, the joy of breaking through an individual and help him discover the unrealised potential hidden within can be very rewarding indeed. As a recruiter I find joy in guiding personnel towards maybe a different path that lines with his/her competencies and passion. #recruitment #a_life_of_a_recuiter #careershift

Tip for those people starting out their recruitment careers... Master the things that require no talent. Whenever I have new recruiters to work with, this is all I really expect in the beginning: ✔ Show the desire to Work Hard ✔ Positively contribute to your team ✔ Engage with training, ask questions, and apply it with blind faith. ✔ See any failures as opportunities to learn & grow Apply this and if recruitment's right for you, the rest will take care of itself. What do you think? #recruitment #careersinrecruitment #recruiter

🌟 Top 3 Things I Learned In The Recruitment Industry 🌟 Here are the top three lessons that has shaped my professional growth: - I learned that recruitment is often a numbers game—the more candidates you reach out to, the greater the chance of finding the right fit or turning the conversation into a business development opportunity. - Balancing the task of contacting 100 candidates a week with other responsibilities required me to have good time management skills. Prioritizing tasks and staying organised is very essential. - Being honest and transparent with candidates and clients will always bring good results and longer lasting relationships which is important in the recruitment process. I am grateful for these experiences and look forward to continuing to apply these insights in my ongoing professional journey. #Recruitment #ProfessionalGrowth #CareerDevelopment

Here is my advice for Job seekers… smaller steps in a job search is better than taking larger steps because it allows for more precise adjustments and continuous learning from feedback, reducing the risk of significant setbacks. It also promotes steady progress and builds confidence, making the overall process more manageable and less daunting. #smallsteps #recruitment
