An important case of interest to all Expert Witnesses. The case of TUI UK Ltd (Respondent) v Griffiths (Appellant) https://lnkd.in/ehr6_s3J deals (broadly with inadequacies in an expert's evidence... "if the court were to sanction the detailed critique and demolition of an uncontroverted expert report in closing submissions, that would undermine the CPR’s arrangement for agreeing expert reports in advance of trial and narrowing down the areas of dispute.
