In our model/system, profits are not the priority, people are. The reason is quite simple - there is no speculating. We are only looking for better lives for our friends and family... Co-operation helps people connect to Cooperation enhances collective intelligence. We have 8 other housing construction projects, as part of a new district with 3,000 inhabitants, all with very high economic, ecological and social standards. We will be happy to share our experience with anyone in any part of the world. We have now started reserving some units for migrant families. We now have people re-imagining the food ecosystem from the farm to the plate; we now have 7 farming cco-operatives, a craftsmen/women co-operatives, bakers, butchers, and we are planning a co-operative supermarkets. We upscaled our car sharing system, In a co-operative economy, the best ideas are shared so they multiplied, and resources are protected so they last, quite opposite to a system that puts a patent on the best ideas and plunders or wastes resources....
