Ranking 2 in the top 25 ETF issuers in 2023, BlackRock, claimed a close runner-up position after increasing its extensive market share remaining relatively unchallenged in scale across several key exposures. The iShares Core S&P 500 UCITS ETF (CSPX) remained Europe's largest ETF at the end of 2023, housing $70.7bn assets while the iShares Core MSCI World UCITS ETF (SWDA) claimed the most inflows, with $9.4bn net new assets last year and $25.9bn over the past three years. The buy-up catapulted the combined French asset manager ahead of DWS in ETF market share, with $229bn AUM by the end of 2023. Betashares Australia 200 ETF (A200) has been identified as the best diversified Australian equities ETF according to a new analysis by Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (MSWM). This conclusion came from a comparison of A200 with @iShares Core S&P/ASX 200 ETF (IOZ) and SPDR S&P/ASX 200 ETF (STW), where A200 outperformed across various time frames and profitability metrics. Despite the similar holdings and risk metrics among the ETFs, A200’s lower management fees and better risk-adjusted returns placed it ahead, although IOZ was preferred for its methodology and liquidity features. SPDR S&P Dividend ETF (SDY) - This ETF tracks the performance of the S&P High Yield Dividend Aristocrats Index, which includes companies that have increased their dividends for at least 20 consecutive years. SDY focuses on high-dividend-yielding companies with a history of dividend growth.
