Sometimes the only thing in the way of your productivity is your own sleep habits. (and what to do about it...) The hustle culture has normalized sleeping less to achieve more. But sleeping more isn't the solution either. ↳ Sleeping better is! Here’s my personal experience with this: I used to feel unrested even though I slept 7 hours. So, I made a few changes: - No screens 1 hour before bed. - No caffeine. - No liquids after 6 pm. - Consistent bedtime every day. - Black-out curtains I'm still averaging 7 hours of sleep, but now, I feel well-rested. Here’s what changed: - More energy throughout the day - No afternoon slump - Enhanced focus and productivity Think about optimizing your sleep routine and environment. Don’t just sleep longer. Sleep better. Your productivity depends on it. PS: How is your sleep?
I do all of these pretty well except for how long I sleep 😂 Right now I average about 6 hours haha
Banger tips here Etienne Baume ! Proven all by myself: they are really effective - the only thing that I would debate is about coffee intake, which varies a lot from person to person. I would add : take you coffee at least 60 minutes after waking up. It will increase your energy
