THE USE OF THE EU EMBLEM IN THE CONTEXT OF EU PROGRAMMES 2021-2027 The European Union emblem must not be modified or merged with any other graphic element or text. If other logos are displayed in addition to the EU emblem, the latter must be at least the same size as the biggest of the other logos. Apart from the EU emblem, no other visual identity or logo can be used to highlight the EU support.uture

The Oxford Handbook of Illiberalism Edited by Marlene Laruelle Oxford Handbooks Includes more than two dozen case study chapters applying the concept of illiberalism across the Global North and Global South. Contributors address recent current events, including the Covid-19 pandemic and the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Several chapters conceptually distinguish illiberalism from other related (but distinct) "isms," such as conservatism, authoritarianism, and postliberalism.

In a series of meetings, at least one attended by the now Prime Minister, Gabriel Attal, the arts groups made their case to secure a competitive advantage for art sales and imports in France. Typically, Filippo Brunelleschi is credited with the first patent, awarded by the city-state of Florence in 1421 for conveying large marble slabs up the Arno River for the construction of the Florence cathedral. (Boat pictured.) [1] However, Alan Toner, a copyright researcher, says the first patent was granted a little earlier in Venice. It was given to Francisco Petri in 1416 for the fulling of wool. I could not confirm this. [2] So, the patent system is a product of the Renaissance, a period of the rebirth of reason. It is fitting that it also gave birth to the legal framework that protected the products of the mind, and thus incentivized invention, production, and trade. Overall, the Commission is of the opinion that the draft budgetary plans of Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Spain, Ireland, Slovenia and Lithuania are in line with these Council Recommendations. The draft budgetary plans of Austria, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal and Slovakia are not fully in line with the Council Recommendations. 18 April 1951 | Belgium, France, West Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and The Netherlands sign the 'Treaty of Paris' establishing the European Coal and Steel Community. The Schuman Plan is ratified. Main enemies during the war are now sharing production of coal and steel. "By the signature of this Treaty, the involved parties give proof of their determination to create the first supranational institution (...) This Europe remains open to all European countries that have freedom of choice. We profoundly hope that other countries will join us (...)" This is the video animation released some years after by which the newly created European institutions explained to the world the European Coal and Steel Community.
