🌟 Scientific event update 🌟 The first Scientific meeting of the European Partnership on Animal Health and Welfare's took place yesterday and today in Thessaloniki, Greece. Our dedicated scientists came together to exchange ideas and insights on EUPAHW's scientific research activities and overarching strategy, with a strong focus on animal infectious diseases and animal welfare research. The discussions and interactive networking activities emphasised synergies between these research fields and their significant impact on society. We were also thrilled to see our Communication, Exploitation, Education, and Dissemination team showcase their role in supporting our scientific objectives and ensuring that outcomes reach all relevant stakeholders effectively. The purpose is to support the future of the health and welfare of terrestrial and aquatic animals through research and innovation and the advancement of fundamental and socio-economic science. This call aims to support collaborative research and proposals must include partners from three countries listed in the call documentation. Although, partners from other countries, or industry, are able to join proposals if they are able to provide their own funding. Deadline for submission of pre-proposals: 8th July 2024
