How Do You Make A Conference Unique Chad Littlefield Chad shares five approaches to create a unique conference experience. These are brilliant! My brief summary ... 🔷Start of the Session: Each attendee shares a favourite topic of conversation. 🔷Unique: State as a facilitator, "Nothing we do at this conference actually matters unless ..." Intentionality as to the rationale of attending and application to current role. 🔷Connnection Before Content: Before starting with a keynote speaker, promote connections within the audience members. 🔷Insight Wall: Provide time for attendees to share their insights or reflections in a public place.
