Ticketmaster Sport and Arsenal F.C are delighted to be extending their partnership in a long-term deal. Highlighting the recent innovation and collaboration of both parties as a key factor, Ticketmaster and The Gunners have been working together to ensure a fairer ticket allocation process, utilising some new digital ticketing solutions to drive results. 🎟 – 420,000 tickets were accessed by members through some of Ticketmaster’s digital ticketing solutions, including the ballot, Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer. 🤝 – 20% increase in Red Members obtaining tickets through the ballot, while Silver Members were 3x as likely as Red Members to secure tickets. 🚫 – Arsenal is committed to ensuring match tickets are getting into the hands of genuine supporters and members. The automated ballot process helped identify 20,000 members and 54 season ticket holders, who were banned for illegally obtaining tickets. The study, performed by Casino.com, analyzed various factors including the number of accessible seating areas, number of accessible parking lots, shuttle bus availability, walking distance from closest transport station/stop, wheelchair rental availability, closed captioning, sign language interpretation, accessible restrooms and number of elevators. Great News and (maybe old news for some people) 👏 🏆Our partner club, F.C. København Fill More Seats in Parken Stadium! 💡F.C. Copenhagen has seen a significant rise in released and converted tickets for home matches at Parken Stadium, resulting in fewer empty seats. 🎉A new app feature introduced in July 2023 has contributed to this growth, allowing season ticket holders to release their seats when they can't attend. 📈Fans have embraced this initiative, resulting in a remarkable increase in ticket conversions compared to previous seasons. 📈In the current 23/24 season, there has been an increase in released seats, with Section 12 experiencing a 1250% increase and C-tribune nearly 700%. 🔄The #resale of released tickets contributes to the Fan Fund, supporting various fan activities such as tifo displays and events. 📈There has been a positive trend in ticket conversions, with Section 12 witnessing a 74.77% increase and C-tribune 66.7%. 📈The average utilization rate of converted tickets is an impressive 88%. 📈The minimum utilization rule introduced for platinum cardholders has also increased attendance, requiring 85% utilization for card renewal. #MatchdayRevenue #ResaleofTickets NewC Sport Foto: Lars Rønbøg, Getty Images Link to article in comments.
