Here are a few takeaways we had following the webinar: 🔎 MDLs require reasonable bounds for preservation which can be helped by setting a well-defined scope for discovery. ⏰ Discovery and preservation happen EARLY and OFTEN during MDLs. 📆 It's important to consider how MDL discovery efforts can be coordinated with related litigation and schedules. ⚙ As the pool of new data sources and emerging technologies grow, eDiscovery for MDLs is becoming more complicated.
