It’s busy, plus the 11 consulting clients we are currently working with, but I genuinely love what I do, the impact we make, and knowing we are making a genuine difference in the financial sustainability of associations.

Since 2016, thinkPARALLAX’s B Corp status has led us to drive systemic change. I’m finally doing it! I’m niching down my tech community to software founders and creating a regular space for them to hear not only from me but other leaders, winners and experienced software founders & operators. Less than 1% of software companies are founded by black men or women (far less for women) who generate $1M+ ARR consecutively and/or get an exit or IPO. We have to work harder, smarter and leverage social capital to open doors for growth & sustainability. Let’s also be honest, in the social media space there’s some gatekeeping and pride holding back access and information that could propel someone else. We not doing that over here.
