#DiagnosticEfficiency👩🏼🔬 A significant breakthrough in the development of Gentian Diagnostics' turbidimetric #NTproBNP assay, now entering the verification phase. Gentian aims to make NT-proBNP analysis more accessible on high throughput, open channel instruments improving both cost and workflow efficiency. The Gentian assay will uniquely target non-glycosylated areas of the molecule, and therefore measure the total amount of NT-proBNP, unlike most current commercial tests which bind to glycosylated regions of NT-proBNP molecule. Gentian will present the poster: "Development and diagnostic utility of immunoturbidimetric NT-proBNP assay based on antibodies targeting glycosylation-free regions of NT-proBNP at #ADLM2024 in Chicago in July. The poster describes a comparison of the Gentian assay with another commercially available assay.
