I can’t believe the ridiculous customer service they offer… you cannot speak to a human at all ! I’ve no idea where my parcel is , I’ve tried chat , phone and email for days but got no response or help

Worst use of AI I've ever seen. For the second time I'm unable to get hold of a human as your AI just is unhelpful. Evri have failed to collect my parcel which I have paid for, I've no idea if/when they will turn up. What a great way to make money. Take the money, don't provide a service.

Hi Evri - I sent an urgent email last week in regard to parcel number C00HHA0486754226 / Incident: 240610-016200. This has now been going on for months. Dreadful customer service.

Yes congratulations on losing everyone's parcels and a non exultant customer services team that couldn't give two hoots

Is this for the aliens that keep losing our parcels

Another week down the line and nothing happened! Still no parcel and upset 11 year old girl that needs the stuff for her camp! You have everything you need to deliver including what 3 words and still nothing! How on earth do you think you deserve an Award other than one for the most unreliable deliver company in the Country! I like to repeat since 2022 I haven not received one parcel from Evri which should have been over 30 minimum! Also not be able to speak to a Human who takes responsibility is a bloody nightmare, I don't want to chat with AI
