There are moments in life that remind you why you do what you do, and this is one of those moments for me. Watching Ali Javed, our Director of Business Development at The Working Town, step into the world of entrepreneurship as a Founder and CEO, officially selected by Antler, is a feeling that goes beyond words. Let me tell you a little about Ali Javed. When he joined TWT, he quickly became one of our most valuable assets. A thorough professional, always result-oriented, and someone who never shied away from a challenge. His contributions have been nothing short of monumental, helping shape TWT into what it is today. And now, seeing him take this bold step, I couldn’t be prouder. I never wanted to be the boss who creates followers and slaves. I wanted to be the boss who creates leaders, who creates entrepreneurs. From day one, I've encouraged my team to think beyond their roles. To think like CEOs, to embrace ownership, and to never settle for just doing a “job. To understand that they have the potential to build something even greater than what I have. And guess what? Some of them are doing exactly that. And Ali Javed is the perfect example of that. He’s stepping out, unfolding his wings, and preparing to take on the world. I have no doubt that he’s going to build something even bigger than The Working Town. HALLWAY VENTURE PROGRAM. Annoucement & Call For Applications. We are delighted to a new community based program on entrepreneurial support. Through our experience, we have realised that the early stage support to founders and their teams can give a strong foundation to their businesses and can help them create products, services, and organisations that create value in long term. Having early access to learning opprtunities while building your business and help you pivot faster to next stage of sustainable growth. We are inviting interest from existing founders with recently built venture, people looking to start a new venture, people thinking about where to start for this program. You can share your interest and forward this to someone who may be benefitted with it. This program is going to involve some monetary cost and we are in the process of figuring out the right value figures. Neverthless, this program will upskill you and your team at the fraction of cost of traditional MBAs. The costs will be estimated to cover for infrastructure, program building, technoloogy support, and organising in-person sessions. One of the earliest challenges with all founders is having access to real estate and office space to build and brinf their teams together. We will be providing support in overcoming these challenges through our workspaces. You will be interacting with brightest of minds in the field of entrepreneurship and design. Here are the key features of any good co-founder🧐 1. Shared Vision – Your co-founder must share your passion and vision for the company.
