As a new opinion piece in MedPage Today states: "Death is an inevitable part of life, and our healthcare system must be better equipped to handle it. By fostering open, honest, and compassionate discussions about end-of-life care, we can provide patients with more dignity throughout their experience." https://lnkd.in/eKeyrEN4

One of the most important New Year's Resolutions you can make is planning ahead and taking care of your family. Consider the importance of having an advance directive! At any age, a medical crisis could put you in a position where you are unable to make your own healthcare decisions. By creating an advance directive now, you can express your values and desires for end-of-life care and take the stress and burden of decision-making off of your loved ones. Get started on your advance care plan by discussing options with your doctor. Learn more at https://lnkd.in/ekikRNd9 or give us a call at 850.805.4100 if you have questions or concerns. #CovenantCare #advancedirective #advancecareplanning
