Meetings suck IF they: - Don't have an agenda (that is followed too) - Don't allow for any discussion or collaboration - Don't have the right people involved Not every team member needs to be at every meeting. And not every meeting needs to be someone talking at the team instead of with them. If the meetings in your company are like that, no wonder they don't do much.
