That same principle applies to the workforce, which is why we adapted "You Do You" Fridays, which offer our team flexibility and help them find the balance between work and rest so that they can reach their full potential. Greg Hill, Chief People Officer at Exos, joined The Modern People Leader podcast and Daniel Huerta to discuss the benefits of our Readiness Culture Code, share advice for HR leaders, and more. The Modern People Leader Podcast

Greg Hill dropped some insights from Exos' experiment with the Four-Day Workweek that they explored with Adam Grant and his team at Wharton. Wharton’s team dived deep, tracking success with performance data, wearables, surveys, and productivity metrics like email and calendar usage. They wanted to see if people could show up and perform at a whole new level. Meanwhile, Exos focused on sales performance and the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of their coaches, along with voluntary turnover, candidate attraction, and time to hire. Greg said, “All these metrics trended very positively. Our sales and revenue goals increased by about 200%, and our financial metrics, NPS scores, and employee NPS were significantly higher.” He also stressed the need to get a read on how managers and leaders view team performance in a four-day setup, and how this ties into bonuses and performance management.
