We have been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by NJ.com Top Workplaces! This year, we were one of only 96 companies to receive this honor, and it is the third consecutive year EDA has been named an NJ Advance Top Workplace. The award is the culmination of the results from nearly 200 EDA employees who participated in this year’s anonymous survey. “It's an honor to be recognized as a top workplace for the third consecutive year," states Edward DeAngelis, CEO of EDA Contractors. "We are committed to fostering a positive workplace and culture because our people matter; they make EDA a great place to work.” Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 culture drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks. #companyculturematters #topworkplace #awards

Getting reading to pop my judge's wig on and do all the reading and scoring for the fabulous entries in the UK Company Culture Awards. Yesterday I was on a panel talking all things workplace culture and that whole cringe-phrase of 'bringing your best self to work.' (Top tip; no-one write that.) We talked about the power of the little things, the small connections, the need to be heard across all levels, the spiderweb of all the things that make a vibrant and real workplace culture - not just a whole host of tick box things. And there's the thing so much of it can be intangible; hard to pin down. So I ask you, what makes a bloody brilliant workplace culture? #workplaceculture #leadershipdevelopment #culturechange https://lnkd.in/gk9eQe32
