Our Co-Founder and CEO, Courtney Bragg was honored by Managed Healthcare Executive as a 2024 Emerging Leader!
Thanks, Managed Healthcare Executive for recognizing me as an Emerging Leader! When Allister Chang and I started Fabric Health, the reaction was, “Wait, what? Laundromats?!” Yes, laundromats. Laundromats serve 32M busy Americans, mostly female head of households idly waiting every week. So of course Fabric Health’s tech and team leverage laundromats across PA, MD, and DC to help families get + keep public benefits and use their insurance, improving the hardest to reach families’ health while improving our partners’ bottom lines. Grateful to MHE for recognizing the value of our collective impact — we’re just getting started.

We're proud of the impact we're making in Pittsburgh and across the communities Fabric calls home!
"It was so helpful because if you're a busy mom like me, you don't have time for a lot of things.” In 1.5 years of knowing Ariona, Fabric Health has helped Ariona’s family get 6 services, from LIHEAP benefits through appealing and getting her UPMC Medicaid coverage reinstated. We’re grateful moms like Ariona trust us -- thanks to Rachael Herbert-Nalevanko and Fabric Pittsburgh's tireless work, and to CBS Pittsburgh for highlighting our UPMC partnership!

Exciting to have Maryland Department of Health's work and our collaboration recognized!
Fabric Health was part of a campaign that just won an Aster Award! Our partnership with the Maryland Department of Health's Medicaid Check-In campaign has proven to be a perfect fit, helping eligible families maintain their coverage without getting hung out to dry. Hats off to Maryland leadership for investing in meeting people where they are & for working with us to fold healthcare into everyday spaces -- a special load of thanks to Medicaid Director Ryan Moran, DrPH, MHSA and Maryland MCO Association Director Joe Winn. Congratulations and thanks to GKV and our day-to-day partners Andrew Robinson and Courtney Black. #AsterAwards #Medicaid #MedicaidRedetermination

We've launched our work in Montgomery County, Maryland and got to host at-large Councilmember Evan Glass to see our work in action!
Healthcare is a human right. But oftentimes people without insurance don’t know how to access high quality care. Thankfully we have organizations like Fabric Health, which is helping connect people with healthcare – at the laundromat. I recently spent a morning with Fabric Health at Rainbow Laundry in Long Branch, where they provided information and registered residents for Medicaid coverage. It’s a wonderful program that is built on engagement, trust and wellness. 32 million Americans spend two hours a week at the laundromat. If we want to ensure that everyone has the information and access to healthcare, we need to meet them where they are at.
