This week is another opportunity for you to Launch Your HR Career 🚀 One of the questions I get asked the most is how to get started in HR with zero HR experience and minimal connections in the space. And no, the answer isn’t to go back to school or get HR Certifications. Stick to relevant work experience. The recruiter doesn’t have to know about your first internship or a part-time job you worked 10 years ago.
