Professional tip of the day: You should have an up to date resume. You should always be applying and on the look out for better opportunities for your career. Interviewing is a skill that requires practice; so if even if you don’t intend on accepting a position go on interviews at least quarterly.

Friendly reminder... Your best ROI on job applications is to take the time to review the job details line by line, requirement by requirement, then apply if you meet those requirements AND you have the right resume for that job. I know you want to bust in like Leroy Jenkins with that apply button, but take the time you need to make sure you give yourself the best shot at success, otherwise you are just wasting time. Many of you are getting passed up on possible interviews because you are not following this strategy above. Don't hurt your chances by moving too fast!

hiring team and stuff who holds interviews for job positions: from the early first talk with candidate you have your ready decision if he/she is good or not for hire. Your working style is "clock in & out" and such interviews is just fun payable time for you. That is only single reason you are playing that fake games to prepare later reports and get paid for hours you spent. Keep in your haram mind: your unfair, haram and hypocrisy activity will return to you and your loving ones! because Allah, the best judge, is watching everything.

I have been attending job interviews for the past few months. There is one particular job interview question that I like the most as it really triggers me to think deeply and carefully about my answer. Question: Among all the roles and responsibilities that you were involved in, which one do you like and enjoy doing the most? My Key Takeaway: In today's fast-paced world, it is very common for most of us to multitask, to take up different roles, tasks and responsibilities at the workplace. But, have we ever paused and given deep thoughts to what or which roles we truly like and enjoy doing the most? And why? Is it because it aligns with our strength? our passion? or simply because it's the easiest task to complete?
