### 10 Commandments for health of mind In post COVID world the amount of chaos is voluminous. Following steps can help anyone 1) Stay away from Social media addiction 2) Brain is an organ not elastic bag with expansibility to infinity 3) Stop comparisons of yourself with anyone even your siblings and spouse 4) Keep a D.O.G:- Diary of Gratitude...yes this concept from one of the legendary author helps us to count on our daily blessings and keeps grounded 5) Choose diet which stimulates good chemicals 6) Don't carry work to home in mind 7) Read good articles, poems and even stupid jokes ...smile increases good chemicals 8) Keep time for yourself which can include physical activities, meditation and creating something interesting ( doesn't matter if you try to make a cup of tea or a sandwich) 9) Spend time with family members by active methods not technically supported 10) Remember we all have been brought by almighty to play our own characters...the time is pre installed...so respect it by being in your own director...
