🚀 Exciting to see FanRally’s partnership with AXS highlighted in Sports Business Journal! As fan preferences shift, traditional season tickets no longer fully capture the flexibility modern buyers seek. Through our work with AXS—and with the leadership of Mason Donley, Head of Sports and Subscriptions at AXS—we’re transforming how sports teams and venues connect with fans by moving from rigid ticketing models to more adaptable, customized memberships. One example: At Frontwave Arena, we’ve implemented a ticketing bank model that allows fans to redeem funds for premium experiences across various events, including games for the San Diego Sockers and San Diego Clippers. This approach provides fans the flexibility to choose their own experiences and upgrade game-to-game, enhancing engagement while driving incremental revenue for our partners. The need for adaptable solutions is clear, and we’re proud to be at the forefront of this evolution with innovative partners like AXS. 🙌 #ticketing #sportsbusiness #FanExperience #innovation #FanRally #AXS #FlexibleMemberships

Brand licensing isn't right for every business. But...if its right for yours - its critical to find the optimum partner and invest behind the right brands. It doesn't matter if you're in the food, clothing, gaming or multi-billion dollar theme park business - there will be plenty of factors and context that can influence which IP are most likely to drive your objectives. Link below to a piece I've done for Blooloop exploring some of the considerations that Universal may be wrestling with for their (proposed) park planned for the UK. Excited for this one - but we'll leave the speculation for the fan and rumour sites! #licensing #brandlicensing #universal #universalparks #themeparks #brands #leisureindustry #travel #experiences #themedentertainment

There's nothing quite like the classic ballpark or stadium experience of enjoying a cold beer while cheering on your favorite team. However, long lines at concessions can quickly dampen the fun. Fortunately, innovative technologies like portable concessions and facial authentication are transforming the stadium experience, making it more convenient and enjoyable for fans. Self-serve kiosks, checkout-free concessions, and facial authentication payments are just a few of the ways that venue concessionaires are streamlining the purchasing process. These advancements not only improve efficiency but also enhance the fan experience and boost revenue. Wicket facial authentication offers a truly frictionless purchasing experience. By linking their credit cards to their faces, customers can simply approach a concession stand, select their items, and complete the transaction in a matter of seconds. This technology eliminates the need for fumbling with cash or cards, allowing fans to focus on enjoying the game. As technology continues to evolve, we can expect even more groundbreaking innovations in the world of stadium concessions. These advancements will help ensure that fans spend less time waiting in line and more time immersed in the excitement of the event.
