It’s time for your Year End Wrap Up! As you curl up tonight or tomorrow take some time to reflect on 2023. 1. List out all your wins from the big to the small. It takes 1,000,000 baby steps to make your dreams come true. Did not forget to celebrate all you DID do this year. (It’s about the journey, not just destination!) 2. Reflect on the lessons you learned. The good, the bad, and the ugly! (They are equally important teachers.) 3. Think about what you’d like to leave in 2023, and what you’d like to carry into 2024. We’ll talk goal setting in the next couple weeks, but 1st reflect and complete the year at hand. May 2024 bring you love, light, connection, community, and abundance. Happy New Year loves!

Are you playing on 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞 or 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞 when building a solid future? Shane Parrish's new book, 𝘊𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨, emphasizes the importance of 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: our small choices over the years that put us in an unfair advantage at decision points. "𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐭." -- Shane Parrish Strong positions are not an accident, and weak positions are not the result of bad luck. The ordinary choices that guarantee a strong future go unnoticed. There is no pat on the back for doing the right thing, just as there is no slap on the wrist for doing the wrong thing. Since August, I have run 100 miles, preparing for and completing two 5K races. Though my endurance and pace are not as good as in high school, I feel much more 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 and 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 than I would have if I had spent that time in front of the computer. "𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭." -- Shane Parrish From the author of "𝘚𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘓𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘢𝘯 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘵," I'm sharing Austin Kleon's 30-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞. I'm holding myself accountable for 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘸𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘴 𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘬𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘪𝘯 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳. What will you hold yourself accountable to in December? How will those actions prepare you for January 1st? Please share below. 👇
