I used to hate the Easter holidays. I'd always have this sense of dread of what's waiting for me in the office when I got back. More reqs to hand out to my already stretched team. What's balls had my already over worked team had dropped. What screaming hiring managers would be waiting. That was until I took control of my demand plan. I was in total control then. I'd highly recommend you look at your demand plan / workforce plan if you've ever felt like this. #workforceplanning #hr #talentacquisition

From ‘Great Resignation’ to ‘quiet quitting,’ the historically tight labor market has delivered a dictionary’s worth of new phrases that underscore a common theme: culture counts. Even as economic conditions eventually settle, employers must remain steadfast in their commitment to constantly improving company culture. And while leaders have made progress in recent years, only 2 in 10 employees feel connected to their company’s culture. To stay competitive, employers should double down on proven strategies, fostering an environment that embraces open communication, allows ideas to flourish, and, above all, places the worker at the center of important decisions. #WeAreAgileOne #WorkplaceCulture #RecruitmentProcessOutsourcing
