...Agreeable people are always a target by the Disagreeable types... Agreeable people are often good hearted, self sacrificing, empathetic, kind and generous, they will not speak ill etc etc. They will just accept everything. But then it becomes difficult for them to handle those who are disagreeable, who can cheat, and have psychopathic traits. In a crowd of agreeable few disagreeable can create chaos. Kinda funny but extremely real for the roughly 20 percent of our organizations that suffer from significant trauma and/or high scores in the adverse childhood experience (ACE) index.
