Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone 😊 Here’s a glimpse of the personalized notes we put together for our incredible team. As we gathered in the office, looking forward to a well-deserved 4 days weekend, I can't help but appreciate the positive vibes from our little surprise last Wednesday. Thanksgiving, for us, is more than a tradition; it's a shout-out to each team member who, like characters in a great story, brings their dedication to our account. These sweet notes and chocolates we shared aren't just treats; they're a way of saying thanks for the important roles each team member plays in our work family. Their dedication, even during extra tasks and weekend support, is like the plot twists shaping our team’s success. Every challenge we tackle together becomes a part of our journey. Their dedication, like characters evolving in a story, inspires growth. We're not just plan work chapters, but we're creating a narrative of success. A big thank you to each team member for being a important part of our professional story. Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving filled with positive vibes and success. #happythanksgiving #teamspirit #gratitude #successstory #workfamily #dedication #journeytogether #thankful #goodvibes #continuedsuccess #advantmed

My challenge this week for inspiring your team and building culture: Celebrate your team! And don’t overthink it. There are a ton of quick, easy, not super expensive ways to do this. Check out these ideas and add at least one of them to your calendar: ⬇️ 1. Order lunch for everyone. 2. Serve together at a local food bank, or nursing home, or create care bags to send out. 3. Have a party – find an excuse, and go for it. 4. Give them a gift. 5. Take someone out to lunch. 6. Invite their families to a picnic, dinner, or other activity. 7. Get active together through a race or 5K, and cover registration fees. 8. Have an awards show and make people feel extra special. 9. Get together for happy hour at a local spot. 10. Have a contest – the options are endless. Those are a few ideas off the top of my head, and I bet you can come up with more that fit your team and your culture, too. I love new ideas, so share below. ⬇️

4 minutes with these 2 Team Members. It doesn’t have to take a long time to form a connection and show care. In a fast paced world, it’s easy to alway feel like we don’t “have time.” But here’s the thing - more time doesn’t solve anything if there is not an intentionality mindeset. Of course more time comes with its perks but not having a “lot” of time is not the sole preventor of loving others. So is the reason we don’t show care: We didn’t have time or is it We didn’t look for a chance do it. The little things really will only happen as much as we look for them. A moment is a moment. No matter how long or how short they are.

Risky. 👉 So, What should you do? 🔷Get everyone in on the fun. 🔷Bond the team like super glue. 🔷Spark laughs & genuine smiles. 🔷Make them feel like rock stars. 👉 The Game Plan: 🔷Hop on Google. Today, as we celebrate Thanksgiving with you, we reflect on how we practice gratitude at Cognician. At Cognician, we weave thanks into pretty much everything we do. There’s even an onboarding task that encourages giving thanks! In fact, we take gratitude so seriously that it’s literally on the agenda. We wrap up our weekly company-wide team meetings with appreciation sessions in which we acknowledge team members for their hard work, contributions and support. Anyone can share kudos or kind words for a team member – and do they! We regularly run over time because we have so much thanks to give. Then, once a quarter, we hold our Mind, Heart and Hands Awards. These allow team members to recognise each other for great thinking, putting their hearts into their work, and getting stuff done. We can nominate as many individuals or teams as we like in these three categories. All nominees receive their citations, making it a deeply meaningful event and a cornerstone of Cognician culture. These weekly and quarterly gratitude rituals aren’t just for show. They lift everyone up. They make people feel valued and appreciated for their contributions, which keeps our motivation engines running at full throttle, always. What do you do in your organisation to give thanks? Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃🍁 #Thanksgiving #HappyThanksgiving #GivingThanks #PracticeGratitude
