What has the sentiment of the Baltic #investors been like in Q3 2024? We have the answer! 💶 During the last three months, global and Baltic stock markets have been moderately active, except for a few days in August when the market experienced a couple of days of panic. As a result, the US stock index S&P 500 increased by 0.3%, the European Stoxx 50 - by 0.9%, and the Baltic stock index - by 0.8%. 💶 Bonds are still most actively issued on the Baltic #stockexchanges. In the last quarter, bonds were offered by DelfinGroup, BluOr Bank and several other companies. On the other hand, in the field of shares, Eleving Group implemented the largest initial share issue in Latvia to date - EUR 30 million. These shares are available for trading on the stock exchange from October 16. 💶 Compared to other countries of the world, shares of Baltic companies seem cheap. We can especially highlight the shares of Coop and Šiaulių banka, as well as Virši and Ignitis. Therefore, we ourselves continue to increase the share of Baltic companies in our savings portfolios. However, in general, the mood of local investors has not changed significantly in the last quarter - caution is still observed. As a result, there remains a strong demand for #bonds and #loan products that provide stable and predictable income.
