April is Celebrate Diversity Month! At FedEx Logistics, we celebrate diversity each day by encouraging people to share their thoughts and ideas without hesitation and treat each other with respect and kindness. You don’t need balloons or cake to celebrate diversity (although, cake is always welcome). This month, pause and appreciate the differences between you and your teammates – Afterall, those differences contribute to the success of FedEx Logistics.

Whether it be providing fantastic customer service or creating innovative solutions for a global market, women are driving change and crushing goals across all areas of our company. We encourage you to spend time this month reflecting on the women who have held you up, cheered you on, and advocated for others.  

In February, Black History Month is recognized in the US and Canada. The month’s observance is an opportunity to enhance awareness of the historical achievements and contributions of Black Americans and Black Canadians.
