Houston maintained its position at No. 2 with a gain of 80,700 jobs through April, marking an increase of 13,300 jobs for the month. Meanwhile, Dallas surged into third place ahead of Phoenix with 53,600 jobs gained, adding 10,300 more than in March. The number of allegations, people to interview (claimants, respondents, witnesses); the amount of evidence to review; intricate subject matter plus the requirement for multiple reports to be submitted.
