The education system plays a crucial role in shaping the future of a nation. A free market education system, characterised by competition for students, enhances the quality of education by offering better learning experiences, innovative teaching methods, and relevant curricula. This approach fosters innovation and adaptability, unlike the one-size-fits-all approach seen in bureaucratized public education systems. Schools are accountable to parents and students, ensuring higher performance. However, in many public education systems, schools operate without competition, often under the protection of bureaucratic structures and teachers' unions. This lack of accountability has led to a decline in educational standards and outcomes. The Australian experience, particularly with Aboriginal communities, serves as a reminder of the damage caused by an uncompetitive and bureaucratized education system. The need for reform incorporating free market principles is urgent to ensure a brighter educational future for all students. #education #economics #freemarket #competition #unaccountable #interventionism #charterschools #schoolchoice #homeschooling #educationalternatives #innovate #adapt #flexibility #capability

Hello guys! Just read an article which has a very comprehensive detail about the human rights and few other things which i thought to share. As a civilisation human right is the basic necessity for a peaceful living It says, > Human rights include: • the right to life and liberty, • freedom from slavery and torture, • freedom of opinion and expression, • the right to work and education. > Economic, social and cultural rights include: • The right to work in just and favourable conditions • the right to social protection, to an adequate standard of living and to the highest attainable standards of physical and mental well-being; • the right to education and the enjoyment of benefits of cultural freedom and scientific progress. Living in the state does really makes us question at times if we are even getting our rights or not, but that isn’t to question the state rather to spread the words against injustice and inequality of rights.

𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 Isn't it the government's responsibility to ensure that people have the opportunity to learn about human rights? 𝐀𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫 Member countries of the United Nations have an obligation to promote human rights education in all forms of learning. Article 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that "(1) Everyone has the right to education […] and (2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms". Article 28 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child also lays down the right to education and human rights education. Despite this, many governments have done very little to promote human rights education and incorporate human rights into the curricula. Individual educators and non-governmental organizations can do a lot to encourage the development of human rights education through their own or collaborative efforts in schools and other educational programs and by lobbying and putting pressure on their governments to fulfill their obligations. #HumanRightsEducation #obligations #responsibility #education

Education is the pathway for a nation's progress. Education is the backbone of society. The government should take all measures to provide education to every individual of the country. This will bring equality among people and when people improvise their way of living, they become more responsible towards society. #teacher #teaching #education

From the archives... This is why I classify most of what public schools do, and more specifically how they do it, as educationally ineffective schooling paradigms. There is no education that is socially neutral –no education that is neutral in terms of justice. Education is either transformative and emancipatory or an industrial factory reproducing the injustices of society. The transformative power of education, of which we are all convinced, is only true, in fact, in so far as it is itself transformed. Thoughts on #TransformativeEducation by Secretary-General Manssour Bin Mussallam.

Could education be restorative, as opposed to diminutive? In the Abolition of Man, Lewis is arguing just that. Could education really make us more human, instead of suppressing us? Have you encountered education that redeems, restores, and nourishes? Happy Monday! #classicaleducation #classicalconversations #classicalconsulting

Education is the main driving force for the progress of a country, a nation. In this view it is said, "Education is the backbone of the nation". That is, just as a person can stand still with a straight spine, the foundation, development, progress and moving forward of a nation depends on its education. The more educated the nation is, the more developed, civilized and advanced the nation is. Education is also a basic birth right of human beings. Education is one of the 5 fundamental rights mentioned in our country. The need for education is universally indispensable. #education #higher_education #world
