❓Are you FEMA Region 2’s next data analyst? We are hiring a Data Analyst (IC-0301-12). This position is located in the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region 2’s Response Division and serves as a Data Analyst in the Logistics Branch at a Regional Office in Region 2. What will I do in this position if hired? Typical assignments include: Providing technical and analytical expertise to internal and external customers. Developing, designing, implementing and analyzing innovative technical strategies for designated projects. Regular communications and coordination with internal staff and interagency partners to enhance capabilities across the Region in support of stakeholders from open and active disasters. Design, build and maintain online data management tools for Regional programs and open and active disasters. Design, build and maintain SharePoint sites for all open and active disasters and affiliated customer support tools to automate processing. Train, coach, and mentor staff at various open and active disaster locations Support the conversion of standalone data processes into automated processes for open and active disasters. Deploy to open disasters at the Regional Response Coordination Center, Initial Operating Facilities, Joint Field Offices, Joint Recovery Offices, and other identified active disaster locations.
