Ingredients: Oil 350 grams of puffed rice (Murmura) 1 cup roasted gram 1 cup peanuts 3 tsp mustard seeds A handful of curry leaves 10-12 chopped garlic 3 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp chilli powder Salt to taste Instructions: Heat oil in a pan and toast the peanuts over medium heat until they are golden and crunchy. Transfer them to a bowl. In the same pan, add mustard seeds. Once they start to pop, stir in the curry leaves and garlic. Add turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well to combine the flavors. Add the puffed rice to the pan and stir until it is well coated with the spices. Then, add the roasted gram and peanuts, and mix thoroughly.
