💫 Pioneers, Trust the Process! 💫 As we all start our week, let's remember to be kind to ourselves while perfecting our craft. In today’s video I am mixing some images on stage with others where I am rehearsing in my back yard, hotel rooms or anywhere I need to before hitting the stage. Whether it's speaking in front of thousands or closing a deal one-on-one on the phone, everything takes time. - Embrace the journey and celebrate small wins. - Progress, not perfection, is the goal. - Consistent practice leads to continuous improvement. It's not about being perfect; it's about getting better every day. #Pioneers #BreakingBarriersTogether #TrustTheProcess #ProgressOverPerfection #MondayMotivation #SpeakerLife #EventProfs #WorkEthic

Sometimes we underestimate the power of consistency. When we’re doing uncomfortable things, I try to remind myself… Just show up. One is better than none. Quantity leads you to quality. And one more thing — strive for better, not perfect. 💜 #SalesLeadership #SalesTrainer #GrowthMindset #SelfDevelopment #GrowthAndDevelopment

FEW THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY : 1) INTENSITY is good , but it is CONSISTENCY which transforms . 2) to get the OUTCOME you want , you need to make the JOURNEY. It’s your CHOICE 3) ENJOY the journey , you alone can make it WORTHWHILE 4) It’s probably more important to realise WHO YOU ARE , before you chase WHAT YOU CAN BECOME ! #thoughtstoponder #selfimprovement #selfawareness #lifelessons #thoughtleadership

This is Chip walking all the way over to greet me in the morning. A greeting is such a simple thing - yet it is so important. How do you arrive to work? Do you place any emphasis on the way you greet people first thing? If not maybe consider it. It has the power to set the tone for the day, a fully present, intentional greeting - give it a go and see what happens. #equineassistedlearning #bemorehorse #heartcentredleadership

What does it take for someone feel safe to shine? ~ expertise? ~ confidence? ~ radical acceptance? ~ deep call to serve? What if you have all of these things but for some undiscovered reason it still doesn't feel safe? I've been working on this for some time and look forward to sharing more 🌱. #safetoshine #growthmindset #mondaymotivation

Helping Professional Women Who are in a Career Transition Develop Confidence and Clarity in the Middle of Business and Emotional Challenges
I like to throw confetti. It's a way to celebrate something in the moment. There are times when my clients have significant breakthroughs in shifting their mindset, or recognizing another option, or creating a completely different story or breaking out of an old pattern. Those huge moments can run right pasts us without any fanfare. So I like to pause and throw confetti. There is power in celebrating small (and big) wins. Because every step forward, no matter how small, is a step in the right direction. These moments of progress are the building blocks of major achievements and deserve recognition. Celebrating small wins matters: *Boosts Motivation: Acknowledging your achievements, however minor, fuels your drive to tackle the next challenge. It's a cycle of positive reinforcement that keeps you moving forward. *Enhances Well-being: Celebrations bring joy and satisfaction, improving our overall well-being. They remind us that our efforts are worthwhile, contributing to a happier, more fulfilling professional life. *Improves Persistence: When we celebrate our progress, we're more likely to persist in the face of challenges. Knowing that small steps lead to big results keeps us going, even when the going gets tough. Take a moment to recognize and celebrate your progress, no matter how small. Your journey is made up of these moments, and they all deserve recognition. What are you celebrating today? #celebratesmallwins #professionalgrowth #motivation #success #leadershipdevelopment

We spend so much time worrying about how we’re perceived, crafting our lives to fit into someone else’s expectations. But what if I told you that the most important person you need to impress is yourself? In the grand theater of life, the seats are empty. There’s no crowd to cheer or boo, no spotlight to chase. The only applause that matters is the quiet, internal nod of approval when you’ve stayed true to who you are. Think about it. Who are you when no one is watching? When the curtains fall and the makeup is wiped off, can you stand proud, knowing that your actions align with your values? This isn’t about selfishness. It’s about authenticity. The pursuit of success and recognition isn’t the problem—it’s forgetting that the ultimate measure of our lives isn’t external. It’s that moment of stillness when you’re alone with your thoughts, free from the noise, when you can say, "I’m genuinely proud of who I am." So, drop the script. Stop performing. Live your life for you. Because at the end of the day, it's not about being perfect in someone else's eyes; it's about being content in your own. #beauthentic #liveforyou #trueself #personalgrowth #selfacceptance #mindsetmatters
