This is the worst service and the worst experience with FAB bank sales representatives and his manager. Be careful!! They promised me to have free for life credit card without using the card and once I activated the card and never use it they charged me 400 AED and the bank refuse even to waive it. I have been literally scammed by their sales representative. Even they said they will call me and we will fix the issue but no one ever call or even care about anything.

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) I have just opened an account last month. You have charged me AED 175 and its blocked for the reason of debit interest. I don't have loan, credit cards or OD or anything. Tried to connect through your customer service number. Its the worst service ever. Cant even talk to a real person. Really its the worst ever banking experience I had. I want you to refund my money back. I saw many people had face same thing.

Greetings First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) . I’m having issues with my account and cannot reach out by phone. My account keeps being debited for debit interest AED175 and do not know the reason why. I have no credit cards or loans from the bank. Please assist.
