Additionally, we’re excited to share that Andrew Coppola will be stepping into the role of Head of Data and Analytics. Since joining First Day in 2021, Andrew’s quantitative skills have been crucial to our success, and in his new role, he’ll continue to support our growth through advanced forecasting, demand planning, and analytics. What a difference a year makes! We can't stop smiling as we compare our team photos from our annual retreats in 2023 and 2024. We are so proud of the growth we've seen and are excited to see what next year looks like. 💛

Our remote team said they wanted to spend more time together, so we put them on some ziplines in Mexico. 😉 Last week, we whisked the whole team away to Tulum for some well-deserved beach time, planning sessions, celebrating our wins and a lot of fun. Later, he served as Deputy General Counsel for a highly regulated consumer products company, guiding it through obtaining coveted FDA product authorizations and eventual acquisition for nearly $3 billion. Dan's arrival showcases First Day’s commitment to building a customer-focused brand that is at the forefront of health and wellness.
