Ever noticed how when you want something, you start seeing it everywhere? The car that you really want? The dress you have been meaning to buy. Suddenly you notice it everywhere you go. They've always been there but you never noticed them. What causes this to happen? Enter Reticulatar Activating System. This kicks in anytime you really want something. Your brain focuses on that one thing you want and blurs out other things to function efficiently. Reticulatar Activating System (RAS) can be your fire when you're trying to achieve something major. I talk to several men & women every day, that are busting their butt in an OrangeTheory class, or on the Peloton at home, or on the pavement for a 5 mile run. And their body isn’t responding AT ALL.
