Dads here’s why you need to get rid of that Dad Bod! Now it’s not just about your weight and physique That plays a huge part But it’s also about What you’re portraying to your children What standards are you setting them? To be overweight? Lazy? Out of shape? No confidence? Is that what you want for them? I didnt think so You can be their role model But when your overweight, bad habits, lack of motivation and self confidence is all they see.. What are you doing to help them make better choices in their lives? Its not something I wanted to continue to show my daughter I am the only man in her life that is her role model and that’s how it should be Not some stranger online You are your children’s safe space, role model, superhero, provider and protector How do you expect to earn respect and be of any value if you’re looking like a sack of 💩 When people see someone out of shape 9/10 they immediately think.. No self care, sloppy, lazy.. the list goes on But when you see someone who takes care of themselves, looks physically fit and healthy People immediately think.. Respectable, clean, healthy, happy 💪 What’s your next move? Will it be reaching for that cake and over indulging in crap all weekend or will this be the start of your new chapter? You know what to do! Drop me a dm with the words “DADMODE” And I’ll show you exactly how I can get you from Dad bod to Greek god in just 4 months! #dads #dadbods #mensfitness #fitness #menshealth #bodybuilding #fitnessmotivation #gym #workout #gymlife #fit #motivation #mensphysique #fitfam #men #gymmotivation #instafit #health #healthylifestyle #muscle #training #fitnessjourney #dads #dadshealth #productivemindset #dadbod #mindset #transformation #lifestyle

Adaptable professional transitioning from personal training to office roles, leveraging strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Seeking opportunities in finance, clerical or administrative positions.
Don’t Have Time to Train? TLDR: YOU HAVE TIME FOR WHAT YOU MAKE TIME FOR! I often hear that people simply don’t have the time to work out between kids, work, chores, family and other happenings of life. As a trainer and one focused on fitness for new parents, I can’t let this stand. If you have time to watch television, read a book, play video games, go to the bar or any other leisure activity, THEN YOU HAVE TIME TO TRAIN. YOU HAVE TIME FOR WHAT YOU MAKE TIME FOR. You don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars or hours at a gym to get in shape. Got 5 minutes? You can start with something as simple as: - 1-3 sets x 10-12 reps of push-ups - 1-3 sets x 12-20 reps of squats - 1-3 sets x 30-seconds of plank You can do a single exercise set or circuit throughout the day, one in the morning, noon, and night. Drop and work a set AS SOON AS YOU WAKE UP or WHILE YOUR BABY SLEEPS. Keep a kettlebell in the car and train through your lunch break. FIND TIME! THE PERFECT SITUATION MAY NEVER ARISE! IF YOU CAN’T MAKE TIME FOR YOUR WORKOUT NOW, YOU WILL FOR THE DOCTOR LATER! What are your thoughts? Discuss below, and share this post with someone who could use it! #health #fitness #thoughts #foodforthought

Here’s why your brain keeps getting in your way, even when you feel like you’re making an effort to workout 3x a week and eat right… 1️⃣ Perception of Progress 2️⃣ Caloric Miscalculation 3️⃣ Unrealistic Expectations 4️⃣ Inconsistent Routines 5️⃣ Comparing to Younger Self or Someone Else So, how can you shift the narrative and focus on the process and remembering why you started this in the first place? When you focus on the process and remember consistent results and change happen over a compounding process, everything changes. I help fathers get their time back and go from dad bod to beach bod 💪🏻 Without eating their meals off a chopping board 🤦🏼♂️ Get started for free 👇🏻
Fathers, We are so busy with the responsibilities of fatherhood. Balancing work, rushing through traffic to pick up the kids, getting them showered, and then helping with dinner. We finally build up the courage and find time to start our fitness journey. Six weeks into the journey, you feel like you’re not seeing any results and you’ve put on some weight. Big deal. Let me ask you: Are your clothes fitting better? Are you more confident? Are you seeing muscle definition? If that’s a yes to any of the above, stop moaning 🤦♂️. It’s all about playing the long game. Too many programs promise you quick results. Focus on long-lasting results rather than quick fixes. If you’re fed up with signing up for programs that promise quick fixes, drop me a message and let’s have a chat. #onlinecoaching #fitnessmotivation #healthylifestyle #dadbod #motivation #fatloss

🏋️♂️Gym Life vs. Dad Life: Which one is real? 🫵The truth…they both are. If you’re a parent working out in a home or garage gym, then you get it. The chaos of kids gradually takes over your most prized spaces. There is no separating it. 👀What I rarely see people showing is that two aspects of dad life are not separate. We see perfect home gyms and workouts, then perfect family life scenes. 😢In reality, for me at least, it’s often just a huge shit show. Most days I’m going into the garage gym, cleaning up my kids’ crap or throwing it out of the way, so I can get a quick 45-60 minute workout in. 🏠This is the truth behind all parents’ fitness journey, especially if you’re working out from home. 🤔I remember the days when my garage gym was immaculate and my sacred space. Those days have passed as the kids have taken over. I’ll be honest, I both love it and hate it. I love that the kids want to share in my fitness journey and I want them to have toys, bikes, etc. to play and be active on. However, I hate not having my sacred and organized garage gym. 👇Can anyone else relate to this fit dad struggle? #fitdad #garagegym #dadlife #fatherhood #parentingstruggles #gymlife #dadlifeunfiltered

Dads, Listen Up! This Ain't a Competition, It's a Dad-Level Up! We all know the drill, fellas. Between work, the fam, and that never-ending pile of laundry, finding "me time" feels like a superhero's weakness. But here's the thing, Dads: getting fit ain't just about you (although feeling awesome is a bonus!). It's about being the best darn dad you can be! This ain't some macho competition with the gym guy next door. This is "you vs. you" , and you're already winning! Every workout, every healthy choice, is a total dad move – a win for you and your crew. ¬ Tired of being the one who gets winded at tag? You vs. you on that treadmill means you'll be leaving those little speed demons in the dust (in a fun way, of course). ¬ Wanna be the coolest jungle gym on the block? You vs. you with some bodyweight exercises means you'll have rock-solid abs for epic climbing adventures with the little ones. ¬ Need the energy to conquer "Dad Duty" like a champ? You vs. you with a quick sweat sesh means you'll be a superhero of energy, ready to tackle groceries, soccer practice, and everything in between. This is your journey, Dad. You call the shots, you set the goals. Forget the comparisons, the excuses, the doubts. It's you vs. you, and you've got the ultimate weapon: your own dedication. Let's do this! #FitDadLife #YouVsYou #LevelUpDad #Motivation #Dadlife #Dedication #Discipline #Hardwork #Happy #Lean #Strong #Healthy #Family #Workout #HealthyHabits #Accountability #FamilyLove #FitDad #FitDaddy #FitDaddy365

It’s true — the thing you are avoiding is the thing that will finally get the needle to move. In this case, it’s learning to slow down and prioritize recovery. I know this well from experience. My own and my clients’. The high-performing dads who trust me to implement structured recovery into their routines are the ones who get the best results. Imagine how it would feel to finally break through the plateau and have more energy for both your workouts and your family. Imagine what it would be like to build lean muscle, lose fat, and still dominate your demanding work schedule without burning out. I’ve crafted the perfect strategy. All you need to do is follow it. Those who commit to prioritizing recovery as much as training will see incredible results. Comment “DAD” to learn more about how you can transform your health and performance! #dadswhotry #dadbods #dad #dads #dadlife #lifeofdad #fatherhood #dadvibes #parenting #raisingkids #toddlerlife #trendingreels #explorepage #fitdad #fitfather #dadswholift #dadbod #workout #fitness #workoutmotivation #familyfitness #healthlylifestyle #dadfitness #fitdads
