Susan Digulla, an OPS specialist in outpatient surgery at UF Health Flagler Hospital, has been named Employee of the Month. A team member says that she is “so deserving of recognition and appreciation” and recognizes that Digulla’s “sweet and kind demeanor leaves a great first impression on our patients,” which is a key element to creating a positive patient experience. She is described as a hard worker who is always willing to help the team and is considered a “hero of our department.” Congratulations, Susan, on being named UF Health St. Johns Employee of the Month.
