July was yet another month with Flair at #1 for completion rates and #1 for on-time performance (OTP). At 71.1%, we know we have room for improvement, but we’re proud to take first place among all airlines in Canada for OTP. 🏅 We also shattered our own passengers-flown record, flying at a fuel-efficient 94% capacity and a whopping 493,589 passengers. 🎉 Did we mention “fuel-efficient”? 🌍 Last month, we reduced our own CO2 emissions by 2 grams, which might not seem like a lot, but it adds up, especially for carbon-conscious travellers. ✈️ “If you’re concerned about the environmental impact of aviation, Flair is your best choice.” - Maciej Wilk For passengers who haven’t tried us yet, we invite you to give us a fly. We’re always striving to serve you better while playing an essential role in democratizing air travel. Flying à la carte is the smart way to travel. 😎 Take a look; the numbers speak for themselves. 👀 https://lnkd.in/g6FcCVZG #FlyFlair #FlyFair #FlyAffordable

3- In the plane you must put your backpack or handbag under your seat. Regarding the small space that every passenger has for putting his/her leg, it's totally frustrating and humiliating and using the compartment above your head is just for the passengers that have paid for their carry-ons. So, you always feel discrimination. 4- Most of the time they have many delays that make you angry. 5- As I mentioned above, the space that you have in front of your legs is very small and painful. 6- Awful customer service that is not supportive at all and always avoids helping you. They always skip helping and try to escape from any responsibilities or support or refund or reschedule. In the end I feel pity for the Canadians that must pay a lot for the flight with this airline. Compared to the US airlines, the Canadians are paying more without similar respect and convenience.
